He has led digital transformation in critical infrastructure sectors like oil and gas and railway foundations. With a background at leading firms such as Balfour Beatty and Fugro, Oluchi effectively addresses complex geotechnical challenges using innovative, data-driven methods and advanced subsurface characterization techniques.
Syvester Juwe - Ph.D Director : Data Analytics
Sylvester is an experienced AI and data science leader with a Ph.D. in Business & Management. He has a strong background in marketing, business analytics, and mathematics from reputable institutions like the University of Cambridge UK. Sylvester has a successful track record in customer acquisition, data initiatives, and is an upcoming author. His expertise is backed by academic qualifications and a history of leading teams to develop impactful data products.
Enefola Odiba- PhD Director: Project Management
Enefola Odiba, a PhD holder from Loughborough University, is a global speaker who has shared expertise at international events like the Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI). With vast experience training over 1000 delegates worldwide, including managers from Shell, US Amazon, and British Council, he is a member of professional bodies like ASQ and CIOB.
